We are as excited as you about your purchase. Your product will ship 1 to 2 business days from your order date with your choice of flexible shipping options. We ship Monday through Friday. You are welcome to provide your carrier's account number so that we may ship it on your account.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally. We use the Global Shipping Program for all international sales. Your package will be sent to the US shipping center. Also, you can pick up your package at our location.

WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.

CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?

You can check your order status anytime after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Cancel your AFI order and place it again. Please call us if you're unable to cancel your order.
